Evergreen Electromotive introduces GridAware adaptive charging technology
Bainbridge Island, WA Evergreen Electromotive and Digital Foundry have joined forces to develop GridAware, an in vehicle communication network that provides power grid balancing and offsetting service easing the deployment of electric vehicles as they claim a larger share of the existing power grid capacity. GridAware electric vehicles communicate energy usage and schedule information to a GridAware service center, which uses this information to modulate individual charging schedules, optimizing power grid usage. Seattle Auto Show, Qwest Field Event Center
Evergreen Electromotive will be displaying the 2008 ECH at the Seattle Auto Show with its partner MC Electric. This will be the first major event where he ECH will be on display. We look forward to having the opportunity to meet you and tell you more about the ECH at the show.

Evergreen Electromotive participates in Kitsap Solar Tour
The Evergreen ECH plugged into a state-of-the-art LEED certified house with an 8kW roof-top photovoltaic system as part of the kick off for the 2008 Kitsap Solar Tour.

Car #1 Driving
After several years of planning and nearly a year of development Evergreen car #1 hits the road under its own power. We could not be happier with the outcome. Performance and range are exceeding our design goals. This car will be undergoing extensive fine tuning and testing over the next several weeks. We look forward to sharing our results in the September time frame.
